We are indeed blessed to greet the Dawn of this new Calendar year, 2025. As such, let us begin this year by lifting our heart and mind to God and ask that the year 2025 may be filled with 365 ideal, golden days divinely lived. Let us pray devotedly that this New Year may be filled with Truthfulness, Compassion and Kindness. Let us feel oneness with all Humanity and be a world citizen. May the oneness of all life and the brotherhood of mankind be always the guiding sentiment and emotion in living life.

Today’s sadness is covered in the joys of tomorrow. Hardship is the soil in which you plant the seeds of success. The rains that came today and ruined your paths would soon make the earth green and abundant. Frequently we spend our lives feeling unhappy and inadequate about ourselves. Frequently we squeeze ourselves with thoughts of self-criticism and we hurt others with our vehemence and frustration. We fail to understand that suffering is but a part of our evolution. If you look at the world with thoughts of love, full of compassion, you have little chance of living in despair. If you look at yourself with understanding and unconditional love, you have no reason to be unhappy.

As we go through this New Year, strive to inculcate in your New Year’s resolution “Seva, Sumiran & Satsang,” that is selfless service, remembering God & join in congregational worship where we allow the ears to feast on God’s blissful names & pastimes and elevate our minds. More so, as we wish our loved ones, “Happy New Year,” remember we are not only observing the motion of time but we are commemorating the possibility of rejuvenation, the chance to begin again with optimism, confidence, and enthusiasm. Let us travel through this New Year with a heart full of love, positivity, kindness, forgiveness and the staunch belief that, with the Blessings of Bhagwanji, we can continue our journey toward a life of higher purpose.
